Long story short, this has been the worst month of my life. This is how I found the  inspiration to put this outfit together. Life is an ongoing obstacle course filled with people just trying to take what you have. It's really true when they say, "What doesn't kill you will make you stronger." Everyday that passes by is a lesson learned, and as a result I've grown tremendously over the years.

As I said in one of my previous blog posts, there are 3 types of people in this world; There are people that make it happen, talk about making it happen, and people that wonder what happened. I took this trip for 2 simple reasons. The first reason was to go on the college tour at the Fashion Institute Of Technology. 
I plan on attending this school next fall, so I thought it would be a great idea to get a hands on experience  in this competitive atmosphere, which leads to my second reason for taking this trip.The tour only lasted  one day but my trip lasted 7 days. I wanted more then just a tour of the school. I wanted a tour of the city. I was born in New York, but I moved when I was only 5 and I haven't been back since this trip took place. I wanted to get a first hand experience of everything New York had to offer. None of this would of happened without the help of my mother and my beautiful girlfriend who gave me the courage to take such a challenging  leap. I have a goal. I will make it my mission to protect, and achieve this goal by any means necessary.
